Like with Singapore, Hong Kong seem to have tried their best to make it easy for tourists for travel and communication! After some research I’d found the following:
We chose Ibis Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan for our 3 night stay in Hong Kong (May 2017) as it was quite central (as its name says!). We also went for Ibis as you generally know what to expect and they were one of the more affordable places to stay in Hong Kong.
Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has had a bad rep over the years. Ever since the sad tragedies that have occurred over the last few years. I’ve always been a loyal customer in using them for flights to and from Malaysia. One of our closest friends has also been quite a loyal customer. I’ve never had a reason to complain. Until now.
On Day 1 of our trip to Singapore we visited Gardens by the Bay. Our interest was piqued upon seeing them on David Attenborough’s programme Wild City.
Singapore is usually a quick stop over for tourists so they’ve made it really easy for tourists in terms of travel and communication! We were really glad to find (after some research) that they offer a sim card and travel card for tourists!
In the early part of May we flew to Malaysia once again. This time for my younger brother’s wedding! We’d booked 2 return Clubworld (Business) tickets through our Avios points last year in anticipation of being able to enjoy it for the first time together (I’d been in this class through a work trip previously). I didn’t review my first business class experience purely because I didn’t have much to say aside from I loved being able to sleep on the 13 hour flight and being taken care of quite well. However, our trip this time involved quite a bit of customer service so I thought I would review it.
