I found MBE Chauffeurs while looking for our wedding car. They’re a company set up by a husband and wife team, Matthew and Yvonne.
They’re based in Sheffield but serve Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Yvonne sorts out the customer service element of the business and was so helpful and quick to reply when we were booking the service for our wedding car. Her customer service is affable and professional. No query was unanswerable. We also received regular updates in the run up to the wedding to confirm what time and where the car was picking us up from, destinations, etc which really helped remove any worry or stress we felt with regards to transportation.
Matthew is the driver and was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. He also texted to keep me up to date on his movements to ensure everything ran smoothly. He was so friendly when talking to my parents and I on the ride to the church that it helped to alleviate a lot of the nervousness that I was feeling. The car (Mercedes Benz S Class) was really comfortable and in such a great and clean condition and was such a smooth ride which was everything we hoped for.
We were given the options of what colours we wanted for the ribbons and the bows. We were also provided with a bottle of champagne once we’d tied the knot to celebrate as Matthew drove us to our reception venue!
The whole service is such great value for money and really added to the experience of it being our special wedding day.
