The Rainforest Hideaway is located in Marigot Bay, St Lucia.
My husband found this place by chance on Google when we were on our honeymoon in St Lucia. I’m really glad he did! We got booked in quite quickly with just a quick phone call the day before.
You start off by taking a little boat/ferry thats owned by the restaurant from a jetty at the harbour of Marigot Bay. This little boat takes you to the restaurant where you’re greeted by some really friendly staff!

As we’d arrived half an hour before our reservation we decided to have some drinks at the lovely seating area at the front of the restaurant by the water. It was such a romantic setting and relaxing ambiance. We also got chatting with one of the chefs who was able to tell us a lot about St Lucia and helped us take some gorgeous photographs (we also learnt he was from Luton in the UK as well!)! The restaurant also offers you various mosquito repellent sprays if you need! Highly recommend this as there are plenty of mosquitoes around!

When we had our dinner we were presented with some beautiful dishes that tasted wonderful! They price the menu by 2 courses (EC$110) or 3 courses (EC$135) so i had 2 courses and my husband had the 3 courses. The dishes that really stand out for us were my husband’s main of the Lionfish and my dessert of White Chocolate creme brulee. The Lionfish was really fresh and deliciously cooked while the creme brulee was smooth and sweet.

Service was mostly prompt and very polite.
I would definitely recommend Rainforest Hideaway for its brilliant food, friendly and helpful staff, and lovely ambiance.
